(Pinksheets:DTSL) and its main subsidiary Universal Delivery Solutions Inc. recently updated the public on company business developments using Go800 “Ticker Service.” In this initial investor message, DTSL briefly introduces the company’s business model in the $33.3 billion catering and management planning business sector. DTSL also introduces several major business agreements, including the major nationwide deal with the #1 national sub sandwich chain in the US, and an agreement with the largest movie chain with 1400 theatres for their catering needs.

DTSL provides custom developed catering or delivery solutions to industries including restaurants, retail and others. The company was founded in 2010 and is based in Boca Raton, Florida.

(NYSE:NED), a leading provider of interactive educational content and education services in China, recently announced that Mr. Xianquan Xiao and Mr. Guangnan Ni have resigned from NED’s board of directors due to personal reasons, effective as of August 12, 2010.

Mr. Xianquan Xiao has served as a member of Noah’s board of directors since November 2006. Mr. Xiao resigned from his position as Noah’s chief operating officer in November 2009 to start his own venture. Mr. Guangnan Ni, age 71, who is retiring from NED’s board, has served as an independent member of Noah’s board of directors since July 2007, as well as a member of the audit committee and as the chairman of the compensation committee. These resignations bring the total number of members serving on Noah’s board of directors to seven.

NED and its subsidiaries provide interactive electronic educational materials to the Chinese elementary, middle, and high school students in the Peoples Republic of China. It develops and markets interactive, multimedia learning materials primarily to complement prescribed textbooks used in China’s primary and secondary school curriculum covering subjects, such as English, Chinese, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, political science, and history.
